| This Infineon memory is one of the many 256MB Single Stick produced in this range. It is the middle size and is half the size of its larger 512MB relation while being double the size of the 128MB version. It has the same specifications as the rest of the range and also with most PC2700 memory, this makes it compatible with almost all systems whether they are AMD or Intel based. This memory comes without any added heatsinks to assist with cooling.
