The Infineon HYS64D32000GU-7-A is a Single Stick of memory, it was one of the first to be produced with the faster CL2 memory timings but still remains compatible with most motherboards. It is the mid range of this memory with the larger 512MB being slightly more popular.

The scores should be treated as a guide only as performance can vary greatly dependant on other system components.
