Overview

The AMD AD260USCK23GM CPU is one of the Dual Core versions in the Ultra Low Power Range of AM3 Processors and is one of two releases under the model number 260u.  It uses the same in built DDR2/DDR3 memory controller as the other Low Power CPU's so can be used on AM2+ motherboards as well as AM3 and although most of the specs are the same as most of the Athlon II X2 CPU's in this range it is speed where it differs.  It runs at a significantly lower speed but as a consequence has a very low power usage of only 25 Watts which is extremely low for a Dual Core CPU.
